Mikie Sherrill
New Jersey Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) is considered a flip-flop Moderate amongst woke Leftist Democrats. The only reason New Jersey liberals believe this is because she refused to impeach President Donald Trump leading up to the 2020 United States election. Otherwise, her votes and her principles mirror that of a Progressive. Sherrill initially opposed exploring the first impeachment of President Donald Trump, but then indicated her support for a second impeachment of Trump after the 2021 January 6th Capitol riots (1) (2).
As a Freshman, Mikie Sherrill held Town Hall events all around her District (NJ-11) offering constituents an opportunity to reach out and engage in American democracy. It was at these events that I recorded and observed real important exchanges between the Congresswoman and the public. One resident from Denville, New Jersey asked, “I am very concerned about election security, especially in New Jersey where there is no paper trail for election ballots. Is there anything you can do to help us?" Congresswoman Sherrill responded, “New Jersey has the least safe election system in the country… we don’t have paper ballots, which is critical… and a 12-year-old was able hack into an election system similar to our own election system.” (3). She went on to speak about how members of Congress were coming together in bi-partisan committees to protect the integrity and security of our elections.
Instead, Democrat Mikie Sherrill endorsed NJ Governor Phil Murphy’s all “Vote by Mail” election, she was complicit with installing Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States and since then she has voted in line with him 100% of the time (4). She is not questioning any foreign business deals within the Biden crime family; she is to blame for poorly advising Joe Biden on the Afghanistan withdrawal (that claimed the lives of 13 U.S. service members) and she supports an unwavering commitment of American taxpayer dollars to fuel war in Ukraine (5) (6).
New Jersey Democrat Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill is a bitch.
